GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
All purchases are made exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Any deviating provisions shall only be valid if agreed upon in writing. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the provision that comes closest to the intended purpose in a legally permissible manner shall be deemed agreed upon. Regardless of their grammatical form, all references to persons apply equally to all genders.
1. REQUIREMENTS FOR BUYERS
To make a purchase, the buyer must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts or be of legal age; otherwise, the purchase requires the consent of their legal representative(s). All data necessary for processing a purchase must be complete and up to date. The seller is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incomplete or incorrect name or address information.
2. PRICING INFORMATION
Prints and other products: All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include all taxes, with the exception of any customs duties applicable in the country of import. The purchase price includes the value-added tax (VAT) rate as required by Austrian law. Any customs duties that may arise when ordering from abroad are not included. In such cases, please be aware of the customs and import regulations that apply to you as the importer of the goods. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and the current tariff rates of the Austrian Postal Service (Österreichische Post). Payments must be made exclusively in euros (EUR). The seller reserves the right to change prices; however, the price stated at the time of purchase is binding for both parties (errors excepted).
3. ORDER
Ordering goods via the webshop takes place in several steps. Before finalizing the order, the final price and all order details are displayed, providing an opportunity to correct any information. A purchase contract is concluded once the order is finalized. Upon receipt of the order, the customer will receive a confirmation at the email address they provided, which includes all order details as well as the payment terms.
4. CONFIRMATION
By clicking the checkout button to complete an order, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions. The stored order data shall serve as proof that a transaction has taken place.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is processed via secure payment systems that are directly integrated into the online shop.
6. DELIVERY
The ordered goods are packed with the utmost care and shipped within 3 to 10 business days to the delivery address provided at the time of the order. All items are shipped exclusively in sturdy shipping boxes. Should shipment be delayed, the customer will be notified via email. The choice of packaging and shipping route is at the discretion of the seller. The customer acknowledges that delivery may be delayed due to customs formalities—specifically in cases involving non-compliance with import regulations or unpaid customs duties. The seller is not responsible for any such delays. If an ordered product arrives damaged, the customer must notify the seller as soon as possible. The subsequent steps will then be determined in consultation with the customer.
7. PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The products offered on this website comply with Austrian law. Customers importing these products from abroad are responsible for ensuring compliance with the import regulations of their respective destination country. While product photographs and descriptions have been compiled with the utmost care, they are not contractually binding; this applies in particular to any textual errors or variations in color. The seller shall not be held liable for sales contracts that fail to materialize due to product unavailability, force majeure, disruptions to transport or communication services, fire, flooding, or similar events. Furthermore, The seller assumes no liability for indirect damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or any associated costs and fees. The language of the contract is German, and the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

2.4 The consumer only has to pay the direct costs of returning the goods.
Complaints and Returns
Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and receipt. Damaged goods can only be returned to the wholesaler within 48 hours must be exchanged upon receipt!
